<title>NX Global, Inc. Signs Joint Venture for Eco Sustainable Sites</title>

AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwire - 11/22/10) - Applied Concepts for Energy, Inc. a subsidiary of NX Global, Inc. (OTC.BB:NEGS - News) announced today a joint venture to redevelop at least four former paper and pulp processing plants in the U.S. and Canada. Each one of these sites are Brownfield sites perfectly suited with limited permitting for our intended uses.
The first plant is a 2,200 acre site in Quebec where we expect to use between 400 and 800 acres to develop what is the prototype model for all sites. The operations include waste to energy, waste to compost, food growing from the compost and sales of the compost. Additional developments include algae growing for human consumption. Each site will be developed in modules as the waste that fuels each module becomes available. The initial site will process 1,000 tons of waste per day starting at 300 tons and adding in 100 ton increments as the waste from the region becomes available.
The compost from the waste is done by a patented process that breaks down the waste using microbes that produces a basically inert substance in seven days and three more days for final curing. All waste is housed in large containers and all gases are sequestered so that there is no odor to the outside in any of the process. Non biological waste is recycled and other waste that can't be composted is pelletized for processing energy. The CO2 produced from the energy formation is reused in the compost and is used in the algae and food production to speed the growing cycle and enhance the yield. Portions of these systems have been used in central and northern Europe for more than a decade with tremendous success. The growing of all products can be done year-round even in the coldest climates.
The initial project is expected to begin with the engineering phase upon the receipt of an air quality permit for the site that is in process. The initial site work and build out is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2011. The majority of the equipment needed has a six to nine month lead time from order to installation.
Funding from several sources is being considered and is readily available with substantial amounts available from Canadian investors and Canadian governmental sources. The parties participating in the project have been involved since September 2009 and have garnered support from many local businesses and governmental agencies. The site is expected to provide in excess of 800 jobs in the region at the conclusion of the total build out.
The total development costs are estimated to exceed $100 million dollars in $25 to $35 million increments.
These projects signal our return to the business model originally described in early 2010.

Level II's are book orders of a stocks on the NASDAQ stock exchange. When you place an order to buy or sell on the NASDAQ exchange, your order is routed through many different market makers, electronic communication networks (ECNs) or wholesalers. With Level II's you can see an ordered list of the best bids and asks from each. This gives you, the trader, a lot of detailed insight on price movement. For example a look at the asks in the right column would show you if the ask is "thin" meaning there are few market makers between the best ask and a large percentage jump up in price (thin ask example: 26.23, 26.25, 32.05, 42.05). )Here is a free Level II video tutorial as well %link1%
To look closer at the columns themselves, we have SHARES, MPID, BID/ASK.
SHARES: This represents the amount of shares ready to be bought (when in the BID column) or to be sold (when in the ASK column). The number is in hundreds so 100 is really 10,000.
MPID: These are the intials of the marketplace or market maker at the given bid or ask. For example: UBSS is UBS Securities, LLC.
BID/ASK: This is the price open for buying (bid) or selling (ask) a stock by the given MPID.
Three Main MPID Types
Market Makers (MM) : These are firms who agree to provide liquidity the the given market. Penny Stocks liquidity are commonly controled heavily by some market makers. By making a market for you to trade stocks they are "market makers". They earn their money my profiting off the differences between the bid and ask prices of a stock. See the market makers for more information.
Electronic Communication Networks (ECN) : These are automated systems designed to match up buyers and sellers of a stock. Examples are: NITE, ISLD and ARCA.
Wholesalers (Order flow firms) : Some online brokerages have relationships with market makers or even a large group of market makers. If there is a need to handle a large amount of orders a brokerage may decide to use a wholesaler to execute the trades on their behalf.
Without Level II, every time you trade you are trading blind. Many people have told me that they can't afford Level II, but In my opinion you can't afford not to. There are several Level II video tutorials here from beginner to advanced.

On May 5, 1868, General John A. Logan declared by proclamation 

"The 30th of May, 1868, is designated for the purpose of strewing with flowers, or otherwise decorating the graves of comrades who died in defense of their country during the late rebellion, and whose bodies now lie in almost every city, village, and hamlet churchyard in the land. In this observance no form of ceremony is prescribed, but posts and comrades will in their own way arrange such fitting services and testimonials of respect as circumstances may permit."

During the first celebration of Decoration Day, General James Garfield made a speech at Arlington National Cemetery, it is reported that at that time more then 20,000 Union and Confederate soldiers were buried in the cemetary. This weekend over 250,000 graves of our soldiers, will be decorated with an American Flag thus continuing a tradition that is more than half a century old by preparing the Arlington National Cemetery for the Memorial Day holiday.
There can be so many things said about Memorial Day and what it means to each person. To some it is a day off, stay home relax, have a BBQ or go to the beach. To others a time of reflection to remember a loved one lost while fighting in a far off land for our Freedom. To many men and women who have returned home from the war(s) it is even more somber that they remember their buddy, the person close to them over there, the person they grew to care so deeply about. The Person who gave their life for us.
My family was touched by the war, thankfully and by the grace of God my brother came home safe both times. It really irks me when I hear people talking disrespectfully about our soldiers, makes me want to yell at them, It is because of them that you have the right to speak your mind, it is because of them that you have rights! Hate the war but not the soldiers, they would rather be at a BBQ with their family.
Because of them you also have the right to vote! Speaking of voting President Obamais skipping the traditional Memorial Day visit to Arlington National Cemetery, a move that has dismayed some veterans -- and comes at a sensitive moment in the administration's relationship with the military. Instead of speaking at Arlington, as he did last year and as most presidents have done, Obama will appear at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery outside Chicago, VP Joe Biden will be at Arlington this year.

Microsoft and VirnetX Settle Patent Infringement Cases As part of the settlement, Microsoft takes a license to the VirnetX patents for Microsoft's products and will make a one-time payment of $200 million to VirnetX.
The suit was filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Tyler Division on February 15, 2007 for patent infringement.
March 16, 2010 a $105.75 million patent infringement verdict was handed down today on behalf of Scotts Valley, Calif.-based VirnetX Holding Corporation (Amex: VHC) against Redmond, Wash.-based Microsoft Corp. (Nasdaq: MSFT).
Microsoft announced that they would appeal, and at the same time VHC filed a second patent infringement suit against MSFT.
With this settlement the second lawuit was dropped. THEY WON!!! A HUGE VICTORY AND CAN MEAN SO MUCH MORE FOR VHC.
What happens now? Good question and I have some news and opinions.
I expect that after legal fees the net to VHC should be around $126 million or so. Can we expect a divy? I say it is a possibility and it could be $1.00 or more....
Also things to consider here,
VHCholds the majority of 4G essential patents related to Series 33 specifications that define security standards for LTE/4G. The licensing for the 4 G can be huge for VHC the use of their patents for incorporation into 4G related products such as chips, servers, smartphones, laptop computers, etc."
They had an agreement with Verisign and they entered into an agreement with VeriSign to extend the binding exclusively period under the letter of intent until June 4, 2010. They launched a Secure Domain Name Initiative (SDNI). A new beginning in secure and seamless communications on the Internet and mobile devices.
The pilot will implement VirnetX's patented Secure Domain Name and automatic Virtual Private Network technology.
Looks like the company may be in negotiations with several other companies and that the goal is to sign them up and get started this summer.
With the settlement in VHC's favor against the Giant MSFT it would pavethe way for a flood of licenses to companies affected by VHC's patents.
As summer is quickly upon us several things can happen, VHC reaps the rewards of the revenues from licensing agreements. VHC is courted by Microsoft, maybe Symantec for a buy out.
In my opinion something good will happen and soon. I can't wait and I am glad to be a shareholder.

This takes discipline and confidence in your trade. When the stock rises again, let it go past the last High of day and start putting in your sell orders in small blocks. Donrsquo;t get greedy.
Take your profits and move on to the next one. If you pocket your gains daily, in no time you will see your brokerage account getting fatter instead of leaner. Daily small gains turn into long time profits.
Remember to be patient. Pick your stocks wisely and get in at the low to maximize your gains. If it is already moving up the ladder when you find it, move on to something else. If you get in first, you can get out first, with profits to carry to the next trade.
